TyGR provides Solution Architecture, Development and Administrator services to WAPA, helping them transition from the DOE OCIO ServiceNow instance to their own, independent ServiceNow system (WAYS). Incident, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Project, Agile Development capabilities have been developed as well as a custom NERC-CIP solution supporting WAPA’s position as a Critical Infrastructure Provider. Using the Service Catalog, HR functions such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Transitioning Federal/Contractor Personal, Supporting External Users, Managing Contracts, Departments and Groups, Training and Background checks were all accomplished according to WAPA’s business processes through Workflows which included approvals, taskings, notifications, reports and dashboards, escalations and delegations.
Single Sign On (SSO) access to all WAPA employees was enabled using LDAPS and SAML. TIBCO integrations provided real-time system to system interactions. SLAs and Metrics were used as a means for Continual Service Improvement. Interactive CIO dashboards options for future initiatives include expanding integrations with internal system, adding Service Catalog functionality, Facilities Management, Performance Analytics and CMDB.
